5 steps to reach deep relaxation by looking at Art


Let's begin by looking slowly at a work of art in order to cultivate attention and awareness.


We have chosen "Sun and Moon" by Ioana Dana Nitescu, but you can also choose your own work of art. Just make sure it has details, colors and patterns so that you can focus on the overall picture and then take the details with you on the journey.


Where to look first? The golden circle in the center dominates the artwork, but the eyes are captured by the red scattered all over the surface.


Take a closer look: Pay attention to the fur in the upper part and imagine touching it: How does it feel? Then go to the lower part and look at the red roses sewn onto the fabric: Can you smell the scent of a rose?
